Mission Statement:

To provide the Covenant United Church of Christ (CUCC) family and community at large with information, education and screening services regarding health care issues.  Through our activities, we aim to encourage and enhance members’ physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  The HAWM exists to enable members of the church and community to become more knowledgeable and responsible partners of their health care management.
